The Tech Support 365 team includes:
David Appelbaum, our President, has over 25 years' IT experience. He holds a Bachelors in Communications and Masters in Education as well as being a Comptia A+ and Network+ certified engineer. He has been Director of Technology for two Philadelphia-Area schools and has worked as a network-and Systems Engineer for two large IT Firms.

Kevin Terry, our Director of Technology and Sr. Engineer has over 25 years’ experience running support service firms, managing data centers and was Sr. Director of Information Technology at Continuum Health Alliance. In addition to being a MCSE he holds certifications in messaging, databases, and servers.

Jeff Gross, our newest engineer has over 25 years' experience as a Systems and Network Engineer as well as an electrical engineering degree. He is a distinguished member of IEEE and has certifications in ISO9001-2000 as well as TS16949-2002 Internal Quality Auditing.

Greg Rogers, is a student intern who is majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics at the College of William and Mary. He focuses on mobile application development and algorithms, and has been with Tech Support 365 for two years.
